At Bruno United we believe passionately in the transformative power of sport. We see that empowerment through excellence goes far beyond on-field success. It builds character, commitment and community.

From the club’s inception, its mission has been to deliver an exceptional soccer experience for all players, regardless of socio-economic background. Mike Noonan, who founded the club while head coach at Brown University, summed it up in an interview back in 2003 by saying “I would like to be able to find a way so that no matter what, if you have the talent and the drive, that there is a place for you in our club.”

We are very proud that the club remains true to this vision today and makes an enormous impact on the players, their families and the wider community. However, with your help, there is so much more we can do.

We invite you to join us at the University Club in Providence for the Bruno United Scholarship Gala on Saturday May 4th, and hope you will reserve a ticket for two at what promises to be a fantastic event. The cost of a ticket, $1000, will not only give you and your guest a wonderful evening, but will support the Mike Noonan Scholarship Fund to provide access, affordability and opportunity for all players. We are delighted to confirm that Mike Noonan, now head coach at Clemson University, will be in attendance as guest of honor!

We urge you to dig deep, book a ticket for two, and join us in our mission of empowerment through sport. To reserve a ticket, please email Elizabeth Grumbach at  egrumbach@mosesbrown.org.
